Workplace Violence Warning Signs
According to the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), employers have the responsibility of ensuring that the workplace is free of hazards that can cause harm or injury to workers, to include workplace violence. Workplace Violence Warning Signs is a 1-hour course designed to provide and empower individuals with option-based skills to recognize, mitigate, and prevent a violent incident. These are skills that translate to a workplace, school, place of worship, healthcare, or any other location in which violence can be a danger. These are high energy presentations with interactions and demonstrations. The topics covered in this training include Lessons Learned from Prior Events, Warning Signs, Plan Development, and Appropriate Response to threats. Lockdown International would be able to instruct remote locations, conduct annual re-fresher training, new hire orientations, and serve as a point of contact for employees.
