Tabletop Exercise

A tabletop exercise can reveal vulnerabilities in your existing Emergency Operating Plan.  Continuous review and exercising of your plan is critical to appropriately responding to threats and events.  Tabletop exercises translate to a workplace, school, place of worship, healthcare, shopping mall or any other location in which an active threat can be a danger.

Your tabletop exercise will begin with a review of 4 prior active threat incidents to include lessons learned from prior events, warning signs, and, how to react when law enforcement arrives.  We will then transition to the tabletop exercise with a plausible real-world scenario that your organization may face.  Your tabletop exercise can include any personnel or agencies you feel should be present.

We highly recommend representatives from local law enforcement, security teams, fire departments, emergency medical services, your own medical staff if applicable, administrators, and mental health providers that would be utilized in the aftermath, attend your exercise.

This training will help your organization provide your employees with an environment safe from recognized hazards such as workplace violence and active shooter incidents.
